Dobrotitsa Guest House
Designed to offer comfort to all who carry Dobrudja in their heart, the Dobrotitsa Guest House opened its doors in 2014. Since then, we have been welcoming travellers who have decided to rediscover the beauty of Bulgaria and explore its secret corners. Visit us to take a break from the noise of the big city. You will enjoy delicious Bulgarian dishes and learn more about the journey of wine from the grape to the bottle. Dobrotitsa Guest House is located next to the Opreff winery – our first dream come true.
Our rooms
Driven by the desire to ensure peace and quiet during your stay, we have furnished a total of 8 rooms in a cozy and comfortable manner. The rooms provide excellent conditions for relaxation and rest, each room having its own spirit and atmosphere.
Restaurant and events
The restaurant has a main hall and seating area with a total capacity of 30 and an outside terrace with a barbecue and capacity for 12 people. There is also a sunny garden with seating for 60 people during the warmer months. You can raise festive cheers and celebrate a birthday, prom or other special occasion here. We will offer traditional Bulgarian dishes for you and your guests. We care about high quality and good taste. That is why we work with local producers of meat and dairy products.
Wine tourism
A delight for the palate, a feast for the soul, a drink of the gods. Whatever you call wine, you won’t go wrong. It is all of the above, and more. For more than 17 years we have been proving this at the Opreff winery. We produce memorable wines with professionalism and lots of love.
If you’re curious to find out what stages the production process goes through, get ready for a wine tour. We will visit together the vineyards where we grow our grapes. We will show you the main production stages and teach you how wine is tasted.
Places to see
The area is beautiful all year round, but in May its at its best. That’s when the sun smiles on the land and the meadows are covered with wild peonies. Since 2022 there has been an eco-trail in the village – walking along it is a beautiful experience in the woods. And did you know that the Acute Rock (Ostrata kanara) and ancient fountains are the reason people settled in the region years ago? Be sure to see this natural phenomenon up close, as well as the St. Cyril and Methodius with the cenotaphs. Grandpa Minkov’s Cave (Diado Minkovata Dupka) and the Wedding Cave are also worth a visit.
